Does Richard Dawkins oppose all concepts of intelligent design?

I know that he does NOT believe in any kind of Judeo-Christian creator, but I've heard he believes that life may have come from a more intelligent life form than our own. He sites molecular biology as support for this thought. Is my understanding correct? Does he allow for some Intelligent Design, just not the way we typically think of it? Thanks
