My HP PSC 2355 gives me the message - that my new black 94 cartridge is incorrect. What is the problem?

Message-Tri color print cartridge inserted now is not intended for use in this printer. I just replaced old one with new one, I can not print now because of this message. And what is the 800 number for Hewlett Packard
