What kind of liquid and pencil eyeliner should I use? (please read!)?

I am a middle school cheerleader and need something that i will not have to re-apply,will stay put, and that will not flake away.(mainly liquid for flake away)I have found a few that get really good reviews, so i need help deciding.(pencils and liquid are seprate) Here are the products: (liquid) revlon colorstay liquid eyeliner, lancome precision point eyeilner,hourgl calligraphy liquid eyeliner. Here are the products :(pencil) covergirl outlast smoothwear all-day eyeliner, urban decay24/7, avon glimmersticks eyeliner. (all will be in black) (you can recomend other products too but I am leaning toward these ones.)
