I need some Pokemon Help!!!?

If this is the one in the elite four your talking about I beat it using hyper beam and it seemed to work well. Try to make a good combination of moves like using sunny day then solar beam because it doesn't need to take in light. Figure out the Tentacruel's moves so you can know what moves it might use which may help you out.
