What does the Torah say about Mustaches, I can only find Beards?

It says that moustaches are currently out of fashion, but should they regain prominence, the Hitler moustache should be reintroduced to society. As whilst it has been touted by a dictator, it is still smart and creates an edgy level of sophistication which draws noteable attention at dinner parties.
