Painful hard red lump on shaft of :(?

Hi there, I'm a 19 year old male and recently I have discovered a hard red lump on the shaft of my , near the bottom. It can be quite painful upon contact and today I noticed that it had started bleeding in the middle. I have had unprotected with my girlfriend a few times in the last few months, but she was a virgin before me. Also (and this may be unrelated but who knows) when I went to bed last night i was itching on my stomach and chest, and when I woke up today I noticed small red raised lumps on my stomach, chest, neck and back which are itchy as hell (they kinda look like chickenpox). Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, i greatly value peace of mind :) If you need any more info just ask :) and thanks!
