Is blackmail and extortion criminal or civil offences?

Some disgraceful Magistrates, like McEndo at the Melbourne Magistrates Court dish out stalking orders like kindergarten teachers dish out lolly pops. Not much you can do unless you return to court with a solicitor to revoke the interim order. It is costly, but you must fight miscarriage of justice! If the court will not revoke it, use the power of the press and Internet to expose the perpetrators to the public. Sometimes embarrment is a deterrent to them!
