Where can I find popcorn seeds sold in a jar to pop on the stove?

I just bought a jar of popcorn seeds at my local grocery store called Piggly Wiggly. The popcorn is called "Reese Confetti Popcorn". The seeds are colorful and you they are supposed to pop them in oil on the stove. I don't know how long ago they stopped making this brand, but I think it's old. Because I can't find it anywhere on the internet and I think the store has been holding these a long time on the shelf and haven't sold any. Where can I find the kind of popcorn that you pop on the stove? I find it tastes better than microwave popcorn. And also, what would be the best thing to use to cook the popcorn with? Vegetable oil, er, olive oil, etc.? Thanks for your answers! :)
