What is going on with him?

Um...he sounds a little weird. Maybe he has feelings for you as well, and he possibly feels guilty about it bc he is with another girl, and he might feel like you only like him as a friend? And the whole wrapping paper thing...idk that's a little strange. Good luck, sorry I couldnt be of more help!
