Difference between Morphine and Valium (Diazepam)?

What's the difference between these two? I know Valium is usually for anxiety and Morphine is for pain, but as in the way it makes you feel, what's the difference? Do they both generally give you the same feeling? Can you take Morphine and still go out and do things, or work, or go to school, or does it just make you really tired and doesn't really give you a high? Thanks!
