Does anybody know of any good vocabulary building software?

I'm looking to expand my vocabulary for educational purposes and for just everyday life. Anybody know of an interactive program that effectively teaches you new vocab and tests your skills, has games etc?? Can anyone share opinions on software like power vocabulary builder, visual thesaurus and so on.Yes, I know a dictionary is helpful and so is reading, but i just wanna try this out. First time asker here, help a girl out.
