How to get over a bad relationship????

i just got out of a horrrrrible relationship that taxed me for almst 2 years. I rlly fell out of love wit my girl n her manipulative ways. She wz downrght possessive and distrustful frm th beginning, and did sufficient to separte me frm al my fmale frnds. We both come frm a culture whch places great emphasis on virginity, and we lost it to each othr. Aprt frm tht, I HAD NO OBLIGATION OR NEED to hang onto the relationshp whch wz goin nowhre, thnks to her ego centric approach. Finally sh got the catch i.e.THIS ISNT WORKING! and made me a happy man by dumping me. Now I'm out, disturbd, wit a negativ attitude fr life and distrust for girls. I usd to write poetry n play the piano, and can't do thm anymore. I'm just unabl to focus on life, feelng srry for myslf and unmotivated for most part. Most of my frnds were girls n so I'm left with no friends at all. Mayb ths is wht is knwn as gettn-ovr-bad-relationshp aftermath. Anyway, WHAT CAN I DO NOW TO GET OVER AND BECOME NORMAL? HELP!!
