I use an electronic smoking pipe and wonder how safe is the inhalant vapour from the cartridge.?

It is a P601 pipe with battery and cartridge filled with an oily substance which vaporises when atomised. This is inhaled and simulates the smoking of a normal tobacco pipe, but without the tobacco and with no burning or heat. It is supposed to be a help in giving up smoking. But how safe is the vapour?
