I play second base, 1st base and 3rd base...I use to play second base a lot in high school but once i went to college i moved to the corner infield...What are some good softball drills to get in shape? what i mean by softball drills is like running and all that stuff.. I want to be faster than I was last year..im so commited to it that I've already lost 30 lbs. so any ideas would be appreciated
