Tear Down a Barn in Saskatchewan?

Hi, There's an acreage we're considering buying but it has a really huge old barn that's leaning and about to fall over (way too close to the house and the horse pasture). Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to demolish it? And separate cost for taking it away?
